How often do you have shipments?
We have shipments twice per week Mondays and Fridays. Packages are ready for pick up the day after the shipment arrives.

We offer very affordable rates for both individuals as well as businesses. Our rate sheet can be found in our rates tab.

When are customs fees charged?
Customs duties can be charged once the value of your package exceeds $100.00 US.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes we offer free deliveries within the corporate area. Conditions apply.

Can my family members in the USA send stuff to my delivery address in Florida?
Yes definitely, you can just provide them with your delivery address along with your name in the same format presented on your dashboard.

When will I get my shipment after it gets to the Miami location?
For Monday shipment- Packages received after 12 pm Wednesday to Friday before 12 pm
For Wednesday shipment- Packages receive after 12 pm Friday to Monday before 12 pm
For Friday shipment- Packages received after 12 pm Monday to Wednesday before 12 pm.
